The dog days of summer are here. This means casual gatherings with friends, light appetizers, and little cooking!


Aperitif derives from the Latin word "aperire", meaning "to open". It's an alcoholic beverage typically served with small bites or hors d'oeuvres. In France, this can be the start of a meal or a casual finger food gathering around the pool. Join me for this tradition!
